Who it is for
- Dynamics 365 partners without an SDI application of their own, Italian or foreign, that need electronic invoicing in a Business Central or Finance & Operations project.
- Partners leading a rollout to an Italian subsidiary from abroad, who need the Italian side handled by a team that reads the regulations in the original language.
The partnership model
The partner buys the subscription from Memento at a partner price, invoices the customer at the public price and keeps the margin, on the subscription and on the document packs. The partner runs the implementation and the first-line support and keeps the customer relationship. Memento provides:
- The application itself, updated for every change in the SDI specifications and every Dynamics 365 release
- The intermediary account for the customer: accreditation, digital signature, 10-year legal preservation, web portal
- Second-line support to the partner's consultants, in Italian and English
Configuration support, training of the partner's consultants and, if the partner prefers, the full implementation are paid services, quoted separately on request.
There is no minimum commitment and no territorial exclusivity.
What the partner receives
- Documentation in English and Italian, covering setup, daily operations and every document type
- A 30-day trial for the customer's environment, and a demo account for the partner on request
- A named contact for the project, from the team that writes the application
- Training for the partner's consultants, as a paid service, usually at the first project so that the following ones run without Memento
Typical projects
- Business Central rollout to an Italian legal entity led by a partner from Germany, the Netherlands, the United Kingdom or the United States, with the Italian localization reviewed by Memento
- Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations go-live in Italy where the customer needs a stable, integrated solution rather than the proxy service of the standard integration
- Replacement of an existing SDI application on Business Central at the end of its contract
Beyond the applications
The Additional Services, from the review of the Italian localization of Business Central to SDI reconciliation, are available to partners' customers as well, quoted per project and delivered by Memento or together with the partner.
Questions partners ask
Can we implement the application ourselves?
Yes. The documentation covers the full setup. Configuration support and training at the first project are available as paid services; after that, partners run implementations on their own and contact Memento for the intermediary account and for questions.
Who supports the end customer?
The partner is the first line. Memento is the second line for the application and the intermediary account, and answers the partner's consultants in Italian or English. Customers without a reseller are supported directly by Memento with a support agreement.
Does the customer buy from us or from Memento?
From the partner, under the reseller agreement. Both applications are licensed by Memento only; AppSource is where the Business Central application is installed from, not where it is bought. A customer that prefers to contract directly with Memento can do so, outside the reseller agreement.
Do you work with partners outside Italy?
Yes. Documentation, support and the application interface are in English, and most Finance & Operations projects are led by group IT teams or partners outside Italy.
