What the service covers
Business Central ships with an Italian localization that requires knowledge of Italian laws to be configured correctly. Running an Italian legal entity correctly requires configuring it in full and sometimes adding what the standard does not provide. The service typically reviews, configures and provides training for:
- VAT settlement and VAT registers, including split payment and non-deductible VAT
- Withholding taxes on vendor invoices and the related certifications
- Intrastat declarations for goods and services
- Bank integration: CBI payment formats, bank reconciliation
- Fiscal reports and books: G/L books, VAT registers, fixed assets
Where the standard localization stops, Memento's certified apps on AppSource can be added. They are separate products: installed only when needed and licensed separately from the service.

- Assessment call: scope of the legal entity, current setup, apps in use, go-live date.
- Review of the configuration against the Italian requirements, with a written list of findings.
- Configuration and installation of the certified apps where needed, in a test environment first.
