Who it is for
Companies that want to exchange documents with SDI through their own accredited channel instead of an intermediary: high-volume groups, companies with data residency requirements that exclude third-party providers, software houses and integrators that serve many companies. The accreditation and the deployment are a project; the platform is then maintained and monitored by Memento under a yearly agreement, while the company keeps ownership of the Azure subscription and of the data.
What the service includes
- The accreditation procedure of the SDICoop channel with the Agenzia delle Entrate: requests, test cases, certificates
- The deployment of an SDI transmission and reception infrastructure in the company's Azure subscription, delivered as Bicep templates and based on the SDI platform Memento built under its own SDICoop accreditation: sending and receiving, notification handling, bulk services, monitoring
- Yearly maintenance and monitoring by Memento: platform updates, adaptation to changes in the SDI specifications, certificate renewal, monitoring and alerts
- Handover and documentation for the company's IT team
How it works
- Assessment: volumes, legal entities, integration points, security requirements.
- Accreditation with the Agenzia delle Entrate, including the test phase.
- Deployment in the company's Azure subscription and integration with the ERP.
- Go-live and handover: documentation and operating procedures for the IT team; Memento takes over maintenance and monitoring.
Pricing
The accreditation and deployment project is quoted after the assessment; maintenance and monitoring are quoted as a yearly agreement.
